Bye bye gone.

A fair amount of effervescence which is super refreshing. Raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb and all things tart.

Pairs well with pork tenderloin, cambazola cheese, sauteed mushrooms arugula salad.

This was quite tasty.

Pinkish gold, excellent clarity. Strawberry lemon flavor. Mineral lactic finish. Slight skin astringency. Slight red fruit-citrus aftertaste.
