A blend composed of 90% malbec, 9% merlot, and 1% petit verdot. An atypical midbodied malbec where retaining freshness seems to be the primary focus followed by purity of fruit. Aromas of dark cherries, plums, orange peel, lavender, graphite, espresso, and black pepper. Bramble flavors on entry with an interesting midpalate that reveals pomegranate and orange peel flavors that continue on to the moderate length finish where black pepper and creamy vanilla notes linger along with a chalk dust like texture.
