Pretty nose with lavender, lemon peel, and persimmon. Pear nectar, fresh peach, and hints of honeydew melon on the palate. Nice minerals, fresh and clean. Medium alcohol and medium plus acid with a citrus finish.

A consistently delicious Pinto Gris, from a newish and underrated producer. A lively, steely Pinot that’s perfect for pastas with late summer tomatoes.

As co-winemaker for this wine, I can say without a hint of bias, this is the best Pinot Gris in history -- maybe ever. Truly special. Everyone is talking about it. In fact, I’m petitioning Delectable to increase the highest rating to 11 just for this wine. It is really really spectacular.
