Seemed an appropriate bottle for our anniversary... and a very tasty one too. Medium bodied and delicious, this wine disappeared rather quickly.

This is for the 2015 Red Wine not the Cabernet. It just floats on your palate like a delicious bubble of wine. Very smooth and just keeps giving flavor even minutes after being drank.

Took an hour to open up but ended up really good, worth the price.

Excellent wine. Unfortunately, I drank it too fast. It continued to open up as the night went on. This one was a gift but I would absolutely buy this again.

Probably too early to open this one up. But we decanted it for just over an hour and the tannins really softened up. At first sip, there were some grippy tannins that went fine with the youthful acidity. But with time they both softened up to real riper and darker red fruit.

Yes it’s still a baby, but was still very approachable and it changed in the glass as dinner progressed. All the positives of a young wine shone through (bright fruit and aromas, while the high alcohol managed to hide in the background) while the tannins were reigned in.
