The minerality, citrus and bright acidity in this wine pair so perfectly with summer. If you have some in your cellar, you won't regret popping the cork right now. Delicious, and so refreshing. #blackcordonwine

Medium yellow. Very complex and layered nose with notes of light caramel, butter, toast, and golden apples. Tons of oak influence. Opened up with some star fruit and something almost like pineapple. Day two only intensified the oaky influence especially on the nose. Super rich palate, notes of cream, tree fruits like apples, and toast. Bright acidity (6.5/10) and a little sweet. Day two added some white fruits in the finish. Full bodied and long finish. Stunning Chardonnay made by Paul Hobbs, delicious. Drink till 2022.

I am surprised the ratings aren't higher for this reserve chard. Citrus, tangerine, good minerality. Crisp. An excellent Paul Hobbs secret. A close second to my favorite chard the 16x20
