Bitouzet-Prieur
Les Grandes Terres Bourgogne Aligoté
Bright spritz with light zest. Like a developed muscadet with a line of pure acidity

To me, a nice curiosity, but not much more. After being open a few hours, the finish got almost undrinkably sour. The rating does not count that.

Oct 21st, 2018What a ride: searing acidity, then salinity, then a counterintuitive round and sweet note on the close. Mellowed out quite a bit over an hour, but I would have kept the first impression - reminded me of a great Margarita.
