Cent-Vignes Beaune 1er Cru Pinot Noir

organic, native yeast fermentation, dried cherry, pick up a bit of savory/natural fermentation. light, super complex, firm tannins- maybe residual Co2, lively apetit in a really good way.

Red cherries, perfume, some spices. Nice nose. Nice juicy red fruits, slightly silky & refined. Needs to come together but very nice right now. Tannins on the finish.

Meaty and almost rhone- like at first until the fruit showed up with air

Plum and violet aroma. Plum rich, sour. Need to wait for years. 2020 @2280, domaine, 230701

Pale. Delicate nose. Dances lightly across the palate. Not for those that look for power and ripeness.

Beets and cherries. Sweet dried fruit on the palate. Lovely

Very sweet ... Right to drink It :)

Tried again and liking it a bit more. Some spice, fruit. Maybe tobacco. Dinner here... Gotta go!
