Abissi Spumante Pas Dosé Bianchetta Genovese Blend
Lemon curd, brioche, grilled peaches on the nose. Light mouthfeel, with larger creamer bubbles leads into more peaches, toasted almonds and Christmas spice.

Citrus bound and mineral-driven, the wine is a great balance between approachable fruit and acid. Really neat.
