Not much on the nose, subtle but nice almond and floral note. The palate is great, nice texture, some stony minerality and phenolics

Pop and pour. Notes from 1 hr open. Soft melon and salt, sea brine, a touch of cool minty apple. On the palate: excellent acidity, lemon, apple, sea salt, so fresh. Yum.
