Feb 6th, 2017This '13 is showing beautifully now. Letting this sit in cellar was the best thing for this wine. Chalky and iodine nose follows through to the palate with lemon zest, green apple skin , and balanced acidity.

Jun 18th, 2016This just might be my favorite bottle of Birgit's Grüner Veltliner to date. On day three the wine seems to be getting better than when I opened it.

Apr 24th, 2015A little more lush and riper than the 2012. Still maintains a little chalkiness with loads of lemon zest, yellow apple and honeycomb. The nose is lovely, but I miss the acidity Birgit usually has to balance this wine.
