Excellent dry rose. Pro tip from several visits - after the free tasting go straight to the wine bar and buy a flight of the good wines they don’t pour for tastings. Then head back to the wine shop and explore.

Lovely peachy pink.color. Floral notes on the nose. Strawberry tart on the fore palate with hints of Bartlett pear on the refreshing finish. Easy sipping. Consistent throughout the bottle. (Smoked salmon, vegetable medley, crispy sautéed shiitake mushrooms in butter - first dinner this year on the lanai)
