American Cabernet Sauvignon

Rich dark Cabernet, drank a 2006 in 2013. Very smooth not overly bitter like some. Had in spring without red meat

hit or miss w/this winery, this was poorly done - not sure if this was a product of the vintage or what, but really green, vegetal, underripe fruit & unbalanced w/astringent finish

Just rates as 2nd bottle of the evening. We had it as 1st… mistake.

Had the 2014 Biltmore Cab, it was a good wine not too dry or too sweet

Bold. Paired nicely with the Bellavitano black pepper (parmesan?)

Went well with bold cheddar. Particularly Bella Vitano black pepper ,(parmesan?)

Bold Cab. Definitely my favorite Cabernet

Good aroma, smooth, good tanners.

Very strong smooth flavor. Dark flavors that are delicious.
