Brut Rosé Champagne Blend

My go to N/V Rosé. Haven’t had in sometime…been on Blanc kick.

Paired w/ a plum/pear tart topped off w/ pistachios from the Adorable French Bakery.

Perfect pair with the gava, mango, passion fruit cheesecake. 💯 This dessert is the palate cleanser of palate cleansers.

Finished the tasting with my go to N/V Rose’. Always get the creamsicle.

We inserted what we all feeling is more or less the gold standard of n/v Rose’ to pair with duck and goat cheese on crostinis.

First time trying out the new backyard digs but still drinking the NV BSBR. Go to Rosé bubbles. Always get that 50-50 bar or creamsicle flavor with perfect, powdery chalkiness that the region of Champagne does best. Also, appreciate the 12% ABV. Yummy. 😋

Well..magnum to start off the nite...needs no intro..super good, great acid with cherry/strawberry accents and brioche...paired well with charcuterie...

Wonderful. Crisp, Long finish. Delicious.

BSR don’t come to the African bush without it. Just like American Express, don’t leave home without it. Missed it!
