I love Friday. Wait for my 375ml starter all week. Paired with fresh Burrata, Prosciutto, Baby Arugula, Chile Honey, a touch of aged Balsamic with Crostini’s. Delicious!!!

After putting away Christmas decorations & cleaning most of day, it’s good to kick it and enjoy a 375ml of my favorite N/V Rosé Champagne. Always good...never disappoints!

After last nights disappointing Veuve Clicquot Rosé that I opened and someone pouring the entry level Veuve Clicquot tonight at an early Christmas party, I simply couldn’t take it anymore. I needed a really good glass of Rosé Champagne and BSR always comes through.

Expressive cranberry, raspberry, and floral notes on the nose. Dry strawberry, with minerality and crisp acidity. Long, dry finish.
