Light white with notes of lemon, citrus and nicely acidic. Paired perfectly with tonight's fish stew.

Past it's prime, but still holding on for dear life. Honeyed apricot with petrol and white flowers. Soft and round, bordering on fat since the acidity has died off.

Not high acid for Vermentino. Ripe, not very complex. Short finish. Working nicely as aperitif with cheese. I dig it.

Jan 7th, 2017Floral nose. Citrus blooms and honey. Nice viscosity on the palate. Honeycomb, petrol, Meyer lemon, orange, brioche, and minerals. The acidity has faded from a few years back and the wine is more round. Drink now.
