A little bit subdued, but still a lovely wine with velvety red fruit turning to autumnal tertiary flavors. Didn’t find the as much rose perfume as I might have liked but pretty darned good for a 50 year old wine.

Med. Ruby; nose of dark cherry, plum, roses, sweet spice; lovely ripe cherry& raspberry jam fruit with plum and spices in the finish, lingering finish with sweet tobacco and flowers.
