Dark red core with deep ruby edges. Nose is graphite, black currants, loamy earth and good spice, barely a trace of oak. The palate is full bodied with medium to mostly full bodied, but ripe tannins. Light on its feet but fully concentrated this is a beaute! #bevancellars

Just opened bottle and didn't have time to decant. It's a young wine. Beautiful color, wound tight. Some bright berry and pepper notes but not a whole lot on the finish. Nice wine but can't tell if this will get better with air or age. Depth is lacking on this tasting but a very nice wine.
