On the decline, but still has good color. Missing the opulent fruit it had previously, with a more sour taste, now. Still a good representation of the region and grape. The nose remembers. But it's time to drink these.

Earthy Dense Minerally Meaty Gutsy - very good. Cool climate nose with a warm climate palate. Sturdy tannins which will ensure a long life ahead. Gold Medal.

quite a solidly structured Shiraz that was just losing its fruity baby fat after 14 years. nice stuff.
