Stone fruit: peaches if you want to be specific.

Hint of honey... and oddly enough, salt?

I love Gavi. Beautiful white.

My ideal white wine. Crisp, dry, acidic, but not bitter. Love Gavi. This one is a fine example.

Dry. Flavors of citrus, kiwi, mineral, borderline herbal. Notes are very green.

A very nice Gavi. As others have mentioned, a little bit more refined and elegant than some other Gavi. A joy to drink.

Aromatic, crisp, white flowers, peach, grapefruit, especially in the aftertaste, some tropical fruit - pineapple, melon. Great summer wine.
