Drank it too quick. It kept evolving to ultimately a liquid that overpowered the senses. So intense with deep extracts of dark cherry and plum flavored with cider/pine spice. Lingering forever on the finish. And that was only after four hours of decanting!!!!

This is why you drink wine. There is no such other experience to be had on this earth. Vibrant dry penetrating tannins in full harmony with dark fruit juice with under notes of tar and cedar took a hold of everyone of your senses. Kept you in a spell for minutes. Kept evolving. Ahh. Live can be great!!

Nice expression of Barolo - roses, tar, dark cherries, and quite spice forward with firm tannins and a fresh finish that brings balance. Phenomenal value on sale at local PA liquor stores.
