First time tasting this - wonderful..
Viscous and dense. Superb balance. Nutmeg and gasoline on the nose. Caramel palate with intense sweetness. Pairs well with Wifey’s profiteroles 🥰

WOW! Delicious sweet wine. You can taste the barrel and the caramel and chocolate and vanilla and honey... but so well balanced and interesting. Amazing.

Very syrupy, not enough acid. Not much botrytis impact, more like a late harvest.

Just what you'd expect: baked apple, honey, white flowers. Well balanced and lighter than expected finish.

Little musty otherwise nice floral character, some acid to go along with nice sweetness and viscous mouthfeel

Sweeter and heavier than Sauternes, but complex and a great way to end the night.

Interesting story behind this wine's creation. Actually enjoyed the wine quite a bit too! Not usually a fan of sweet wines, but this one is well-balanced and chewy!
