Family-owned and operated artisan producer of wine, started in 1999 by Dr John and Karen Bergstrom. Had a bottle year ago, dark red with fresh berry fruit flavors with a bit of earthy spice notes. On the palate, cherry and raspberry flavors with complex herb spice notes. Fine tannins on lingering finish ending with enticing earthy character. Aged well, very nice Pinot.

It's Wednesday night and I am starting the Thanksgiving weekend off with the 2015 Bergström Cumberland Reserve Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.

On the nose there is an abundant amount of red fruits that is prevalent with every sniff. Notes of strawberry, cherry, cranberry, some barnyard, rose petals, wet leaves, herbs and dusty soil.

The palate reveals notes of bing cherries, cranberry, raspberry, mint, dried herbs, rose petals and dried earth.

This is an elegant medium bodied wine with a crisp fresh silky mouthfeel, medium + acidity and medium + fine sandy tannins that lead right into a medium to long fresh finish. I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends, please be safe. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

Last wine to be bottled every year. They call it a true reserve. More fruit forward and lower barrel impact...Willamette Valley blend...

Unusual Pinot Noir, different but enjoyable. Fruity and cherry flavors. Drink chilled.

Light on its feet, but not as good as the last time I had it. Not the best QPR at $50, but live and learn.

Solid Oregon Pinot. Dependable. Well balanced dark fruit and acidity. Abv reasonable.

An excellent year once it reached cool room temp and had some air. Javier than many Pinots with some alcohol and tannins but still smooth and flavorful. Some oak and dark red fruits like black plum. Will not disappoint! Had at Aldo Sohm Wine Bar, NYC
