Drank with grilled salmon with a Dijon mustard/Brown sugar sauce at dad’s. Very good combo. Darkish fruit, hint of spice up front, mellow tannins. Parker mentions a finish of “mouthwatering salinity” which I get. Medium-finish except the saline does last.
