Green apple, fresh white peach, underripe apricot, lemon zest, a bit of lime. Lean and steely. Elevated intensity and finish.

This really shows a sense of place. Loads of chalk and a slight saline touch to crisp apples and lemon zest. I want this with oysters!

Practically perfect in every way.

Asian herbs, roasted peanut aromas. High acid, very dry. Mouthwatering Meyer lemon, lime zest. Awesome wine!! Hope to drink this on my deathbed along with Royal Tokaji Essencia. Lol! Great wine!
