Very balanced and clean. Alive and tight. An exotic nose with slight notes of hydromel, dried apricot and vanilla. In the mouth, a surprising salinity and subtle bitters.

No way is this Chenin blanc people! It's delicious cider with a mineral edge i.e. Microbial nonwine...drink right when you open and with a chill or vomit may ensue. Chenin heaven if your agnostic
