Smoked hazelnut on the nose, salted pear and lemon; lanolin and lemon peel on the palate...tart and acidic without being overbearing. Almost sulphuric on the finish. Really impressed. Great bottle @Clare Gillette !

So significantly too young! Delicious in its way, especially fresh out of the gate, but ended up hiding behind its youthful structure. Almost no tasting notes to share other than steely and slightly lemony. Happy New Year!
