Nova Scotia bubble! Delightful! Lovely bubble size, aromas of apple and red currants. Medium-bodied with great acidity and flavours of green apple, red fruits, and buttery brioche. Long finish.

Really delicious. An excellent wine to pair with assorted snacks in the backyard (chips, charcuterie, cheese, crackers, etc). Nice mouthfeel, light, and refreshing. A Spring wine if there ever was one.

Savory nose, touch of reduction. Nice elegant red fruits, fine bubbles. Prosciutto really helped the fruit to blossom. Easy and lively acidity. Not very leesy. 11%

Brilliant rose gold copper with fine bubbles. This is an elegant traditional method bubbly and a sure crowd pleaser. Meyer lemon, blood orange, baked lemon brioche, rose petal, wet stone minerality and near ripe nectarine. Crisp, refreshing, high acidity, dry, well balanced, well integrated. Pairs well with baked oysters in the half shell, BBQ chicken, and prosciutto with melon. @jonsteeves rated 91/100 - tasted June 2016.
