Feb 15th, 2021Juicy Barolo...blueberries, pomegranate, rose water, black tea and oregano. Intense ruby color. Somewhat opaque. Tannins cool off as you let it aerate. Was a bit overwhelming at first but settled in very nicely.

Dark ruby colour. Juicey, medium/full bodied, floral. Not very acidic. Red fruits

Not too familiar with Barolos, but enjoyed this a lot. Dark colour, but lighter on the edges. Cherry, herbs, earthiness jumped out. Tannins were not over the top, but it went well with salami and other snacks we had.

Nice and easy Italian Red - light on the palette to balance a good meal, but also enjoyable alone with cheese or chocolate.
