I would love to see what this wine would taste like with some SO2. Day 1 it was a bit funky and gamey and some poke through reduction but some high toned red fruits to complement it. Good with chicken. Day 2 it was a mess. "Dead hamster meat" was said. More interesting than delicious, and it seems like it had the potential to be delicious.

Killer - great nose of sour cherry and some forestry funk. Palette is lifted at the start and transitions to a full palette of bright red fruit, and finishes with a bit of mahogany.

Floral summer drink flowery fragrance on the nose, mostly dry, but with hints of fruit, the color of red chai. Dry finish lasts long, but it refreshes for lot longer. Serve slightly chilled. Love it!
