Funkadelic bubs! Starts out with a phenolic nose of hay, saddle leather, lanolin. Unexpected but delightful. This gives way to mineral and citrus notes with golden apple, lime, seashell and melon, all with a wonderful slightly oxidative Jura touch. Continuing into pear and more tropical fruit. Clean palate, zippy acidity, amazing concentration and finish. Really joyful, first-rate non-champagne bubbles. Deg 2019.
