Great winemaking. Methode champenoise that maintains the true character of the carricante grape. Balanced, with complexity, without being tiring. Less dosage would make it better - yet still definitely brut.

I seem to recall this was like a dirty martini. It was late. I was doing dishes. My belly was crab feed full.
