Delicate bead. Honeyed, pretty. Amazing label.

Great winemaking. Methode champenoise that maintains the true character of the carricante grape. Balanced, with complexity, without being tiring. Less dosage would make it better - yet still definitely brut.

I seem to recall this was like a dirty martini. It was late. I was doing dishes. My belly was crab feed full.

Celebratory wine. Great, tight bubbles with the perfect balance of toasty yeast and lemon curd acidity.
