Etna Rosso Nerello Mascalese

Bright & juicy with red cherry and red currant, some tobacco & spice and a good mineral streak. Comes across as very light but shows good grip on the palate. Nicely balanced with pronounced refreshing acidity and good length. Drinking very nicely.

Medium ruby color with promising dark fruit, dried rose, white pepper, gentle spice and graphite aromas. On the palate it's feels light on its feet, but approached medium-bodied. It's elegant, dry, fresh, and balanced with mixed black and red cherry, red plum and spice flavors with a very appealing minerality and a lengthy finish. Like most Italian wines, it seems it made for the table. At under $20 wonderful QPR. Will buy more!

Grippy, red hot

Very tasty etna rosso with a nice minerality and level of earth. Quite quaffable.

(16/20) Вино с красивым ароматом вишни и зеленого чая. Умеренная кислотность и густые, обволакивающие танины. Очень неплохо.

80% nerello mascalese, 20% nerello cappuccino. 13.5%. Italy always with the odd grapes. Big acid, juicy, bright. Good w. eats.

Yum. Light taste early on then rounds out. Light fruit. Little spice at end.
