Mature and at ease. Black cherries and dates, brown spices, sweet sandalwood, toffee and chocolate. Tannines resolved. Drink now and enjoy! 😀👍🏻

Time to drink up

Blueberries and cassis. Spicy oak, tannines still sturdy. Dressed to impress, big wine. Very very good effort. If anything, it’s lacks some complexity.

Cassis, blueberries and still lots of tannins. Alcohol level too much present. All in allot of concentration but lacks lift

Full mouth feel. Still had a lot of time behind it. Tannins a little tight but oh sooo good

Jammy, spicy but raisiny. Past prime. Similar to several other mature Aussies I acquired that should've had miles to go but sadly ran out of gas. I won't make that mistake again.

Shiraz (80%) Cab blend. Dark and brooding. Black raspberry and boysenberry on the nose. The palate is big, with notes of blackberry, black raspberry, and baking spices.
