One of Spain’s great wine wines. Reminiscent of top white Bordeaux.

Very floral. Pretty honeysuckle. Very Gewurtz-like. Crisp and focused.

Fresh green fruit and melon, and chalky on the nose. Lovely quality to the fruit. Blind I’d have sworn this was a white Bordeaux. Very classy and balanced.

Such a great Verdejo has share my dear friend and colleague Antonio Garcia with me! Fresh and complex, bringing the best of this varietal to show up! Crispy, intense, creamy...

100% Verdejo. Barrel fermented and aged 12 months in French & American oak. Tropical fruit cocktail and floral nose. Dense with glycerin on the palate though not tiresome. Lifted with fresh acidity. Wood is most noticeable on the end before a lengthy fruit pit finish. A serious white.

2011. Lemon curd, fennel fronds, honey and meadow grass greet the nose before a sip reveals lush mid palate yellow orchard fruits and beeswax. The lengthy finish is perfectly integrated with subtle notes of mineral and oolong tea. This is a textbook expression of a high level white drinking at peak maturity.
