Beautiful light and airy composition. Top-notch producer. Bubbles than dance. Think fish.

Strong lees character, parmesan rind, something slightly saline, sliced almonds, and brioche. Minerality is less pronounced than champagne, but still chalky.

Quite nice. Could pass for Champs

Was ok - a bit cloying. More heavy mouth feel. More Oaked.

Light, but very savory, almost salty character with a pleasant yeasty finish

Great aroma of fresh cut grass, minerality, fresh green apple. Med body, high acid, tight bubbles, good amount of minerality and dry character with kiss of dosage. Very well blended, delicious, great with marinara pizza or buffala pizza. Perfect Friday night pizza wine, Yum!

Elegant! Tiny bubbles always present. At the palate, lime zest, pear, peach, brioche, minerality. Delicious!
Well pair with creamy pasta sauce with porcini.
