Professional chef searching the globe for good, but seriously inexpensive wines. I almost always drink alone, but always have fun doing it.
Crisp with flavors reminiscent of cantaloupe melon. Overall I didn’t find it very interesting. An easy drinker — a month ago
Okay, so with the initial sip it seemed awfully weak, but once I let it warm a bit I was pleasantly surprised. It really opened up and opened up the fruit flavors. It is interesting, low acidity and deeper than I initially thought. I would suggest giving it a try and then let it sit in the glass in your hand and try it again. Trust me. — 2 months ago
Vanilla, mace, fruity, and tight tannins. Could stand to air out for a bit, but drinkable. — 10 days ago

Peppery with black fruit and a jolt! Leave it open for a bit — 10 days ago
It’s okay, an easy drinker with a floral nose. — a month ago
Not a big Chardonnay guy, mostly because of the California style, but this wine is complex and unctuous. Great balanced acidity with a strong mineral, like wet slate. This is the first Chardonnay I have truly loved in a long time. — a month ago
