Very dark wine that was silky smooth with a long finish. Very enjoyable with cedar, licorice, and dark fruits. Excellent.

Meat, meat juice, more meat, charcuterie, olive brine, meat and meat and berries and meat. Wow this wine is epic, two hour decant and it needs it. I will hold the rest for a couple years to see where it goes. This is crazy good stuff!

Feb 21st, 2015Meaty charcuterie goodness, this tastes like liquid beef tartar in a bottle. Friggen' killer, could use a few more years in bottle to come fully around. Delicious.
