Very juicy dark grape jelly aromas and flavors, solid structure, this will need some aging (3-5 years?) to really hit its stride, long finish, lovely!! Current release.

Oct 11th, 2025Dark purple (nearly opaque), incredibly youthful plummy fruit (almost grapey), complex, layered, tannic (but ripe tannins, not at all bitter), great acid balance, very long, lingering finish, amazing depth, great old vine Carignan!!

Sweet clean funky nose. Mildly tart, plummy palate with easy tannins. Love it with gingery shoyu chicken. Label says 4 barrels made from 1888 plantings.
