2012 vintage, one of if not the best value in domestic Syrah for under $20. Fruity, good mouth feel, just a good enjoyable Bbq wine.

Really fun Syrah, had intensity yes, but still with great balance.

This has really come together nicely over the years. When I tried it a couple of years ago, it was too fruity, but it's mellowed considerably and become quite aromatic.

Juicy dark fruit and brooding earth and herbs. Slightly smoky.

Tarry and showing cool aromatics with bay leaf infused bead stock additions, this is spicy and blackberry tinged. Medium(+)bodied and fresh with dry tannins and an herbaceous twist complementing its red a dark fruit profile. Seductive finish where great structure promise this amazing value to cruise another 6-8 without problem. Lovely Crozes-Hermitage interpretation.

I keep wanting this to be better, but it just can't get there. There's almost an effervescence about it, which has been consistent over the last two years.

Yessir. QPR king, and getting better in the cellar. Not quite the fruit sledgehammer it once was, but still full of California sunshine. What it lacks in complexity it more than makes up in pure, well balanced drinkability. Tuesday steak dinner winner.
