Rich full jammy taste. Tannins to die for. Light jalapeño, mint with that kick of smoke and black cherries. Nose of oak and some cedar. Big fan of Bedrock.

Opened this last evening and nothing, very austere. Double decanted 20 times still nothing. Put it back in bottle and opened the Dehlinger. Tried it the next day and big berries, cedar and slight herb. Much fuller on the taste, not tannic and okay finish. I guess opened way to soon.
