opaque, purple; cassis, vanilla, black olive, mocha; jammy, sweet dark fruit; soft tannins, 15% ABV; would guess some syrah has been blended here, a bit overpriced at $52

Juicy and oaky vanilla, chewy tannins, almost confused with Australian Shiraz!

A lot of classic California hallmarks. Cassis, graphite, bell pepper, cocoa powder. Easy drinking, virtually no tannins to speak of. Nothing necessarily that stands out amongst other solid Cabs, but drinks well at the price point.

Had this wine at the Hitching Post - disappointed with the wine list to be certain! Respectable albeit unremarkable Cabernet with a pleasant bouquet.

Inky purple with a bright hue (spilled a drop on the white marble counter). Understated nose of tar and leather with a hint of black fruit. Balanced tannins with blackberry though no brambliness. Agree with another reviewer that Syrah may be an element. Great wine for a Friday night steak on the BGE.

Medium Tannins, fruity nose, the flavor is up front. A light, very drinkable cab

Ruby red with legs for days. Enough alcohol to burn your nose hairs + red fruit & spices – a stoop wine for a cool summer night with CCR blasting.
