Dark ruby with a narrow caramel colored edge. Moss and strawberries on nose. Medium body, dry, perfectly balanced. Raspberries, cola, and clove on palate. Spectacular! One of the two or three best Pinot Noirs I’ve had. 98/100.

Old vintage of the Mike Etzel / Bob Parker partnership in Oregon. 20 years old, does not look nor smell old. Beautiful vibrant dark rubi robe. Black fruits with a hint of spices on the nose. On the mouth its a rich and dense wine, that feels more like a dry port than an Oregon Pinot. There might be fans, we are not on the list. Recent vintages have more finesse.
