Beaux Frères
Ribbon Ridge Chardonnay
Fresh green pear, well-integrated oak, acid from an unripe pineapple. Moved into a creamy, slightly tropical note of banana while maintaining a high-toned acid.

Jul 11th, 2020Ribbon Ridge AVA, think the #wine from 12 I tasted was labeled Willamette Valley. Nice golden color but not oxidized in any way. Fresh and mellow apple and lemon/lime. Partial malo, I'd guess, not filtered (?), vintage restraint, man I love 2010's

Jul 15th, 20152011 Beaux Freres Vineyard Chardonnay - Very fresh nose, with ripe pineapple, freshly-sliced orange, and baked apple with green apple and lime greeting the tongue. Honey comes out on the mid-palate, contrasted by salinity. Finishes with fresh lemons that goes! @Kaitlin Ohlinger A great surprise at today's tasting!
