The palate shows some serious weight and elegance as the wine gracefully dances across the mid-palate. Polished and layered with dark fruits, chocolate, minerals and herbal undertones, the 2015 ‘Georges de Latour’ is surprisingly open in its youth. Lovely wine. Composed, refined, fruit forward but not a fruit bomb. Great structure and balance. Nice round tannins and a good finish. Probably underrated. Cheers.

V15. So good . Cocoa and cedar nose. Rich, opulent black currant and plum fruit. Tight, chewy, leather finish. Went well with prime rib.
