Private Reserve Georges de Latour Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

3L btl from my cellar. Took about two hours but wow! Still developing in the glass.

Smooth with a full, yet spice-smokey finish. Delish!!!

Earthy aromas. Cherry and leather notes. Better over time. Excellent with short ribs and truffle dessert.

Earthy bouquet and balanced finish, yet tannins could still carry it a few more years.

Dry, dark, deep cherry and vanilla notes, slightly smokey

Delicious cabernet. Started off without much of a finish, but after a half hour of decanting it really started to open up. Nice to experience the softer, aged aspects of the Napa Valley
