This may be the QPR champion of 2019 and we’re only halfway through March. Incredibly pure red fruits, brambles, garrigue, pepper, spice. Handsome structure. Tongue smacking finish. This drinks as well as Rhône wines that are four+ times the price. Giddy up.

I won't say the wine was cheap. I will say the price point was low. But but but this is one of those 20$ bottles your brain says " wait is the 200$ bottle 10x better? Ish don't think so ! So see it, buy it, enjoy it! Call me later. 1-800-don't overspend!

Deep ruby in color; cherries, chocolate, and dried herbs on the nose; medium plus acidity, medium minus tannins; tastes like bitter chocolate, plum, and herbs with a long peppery finish. After a good decant, it tastes more like chocolate and cherries with hints of bell pepper.
