Bright and fresh. Slightly lighter bodied than I wanted with lobster Mac-n-cheese...but very good with shishito peppers. Has the faint essence of salt-water....

Nose of citrus and lighter stone fruits, ending with wet slate. Crystal clear pale golden. Light bodied and a bit tart. Not my favorite txakoli but generally enjoyed it.

Bright and simple txakolina. Not much depth, but great acidity. Wish it had a tad more oomph.

Sep 19th, 2016🐻 Dinner in BK: baked Arctic char, arugula; string beans, garlic, mushroom, goat cheese; charred peppers. Yummmmm. Man at wine store described it as very dry and mineraly, suggested it as a better alternative to Portuguese Vino Verde , $23, Pais Vasco Northern Spain
