Nose of citrus and lighter stone fruits, ending with wet slate. Crystal clear pale golden. Light bodied and a bit tart. Not my favorite txakoli but generally enjoyed it.

🐻 Dinner in BK: baked Arctic char, arugula; string beans, garlic, mushroom, goat cheese; charred peppers. Yummmmm. Man at wine store described it as very dry and mineraly, suggested it as a better alternative to Portuguese Vino Verde , $23, Pais Vasco Northern Spain
