Castello di Brolio Vin Santo del Chianti Classico Trebbiano-Malvasia Blend
A perfect example of GS Chianti at its apogee with a quick decant. Sour cherry drenched in fine tannins, leather and Asian spice. A compelling reason to keep case-sized cellaring…

Very medium sherry like. Delicious. Hints of volatile acidity, nail varnish, almonds and sweet brown sugar and bruised apples. #vinsanto #tuscany #italy

Oct 21st, 2020Wow, I am in love again - a wonderful mist-to have sweet vine from the Northern Italy - something in between Tokay wine and Austrian sweet wines...
Just a perfect finishing wine for a great day!

Basta!
