At Bird &Jim again . . . .an excellent restaurant and this was a recommendation that was superb. While I wouldn’t normally choose a chain it Classico to go with steak this was great.

Great acidity with strawberry, tea, leather, plum, earthy and a bitter cherry finish. The fruit is 100 % estate grown.
We had grilled quail breast with mushroom risotto with this Chianti.
