Super young and tight at first, but opening up. Bright cherry, crushed stone, hint of licorice. Tannic in the mouth, but with the zingy fruit to carry it. Will be better in 2 years.

a southern wine from Sicilia that thwarts the forecasts. Light dress reminiscent of a pinot noir. medium bodied. Holding, and the point of acidity that awakens the palate, and calls the next glass. Unexpected. beautiful discovery.

delicious. highly drinkable. have had this several times but i guess without rating it. a little granite. on the lighter side of medium bodied. leather. nice tannins and acid. pairs well with many dishes. just had it with a fish stew. yum. buy again please. from big nose.
