The 2009 is a winner. The Cyrus Ryan continues to be a real favorite of mine. Glad that it's back!

Sublime cuvée! Barnett sits on Spring Mt yet this vineyard is down in Napa. Dark and Jammy fruit fill the nose. Same dark fruit on the mid palate-camphor, sweet cassis fruit and fruitcake. Wood and hints of smoke make for a 30+ sec finish.

The great debate - Cyrus Ryan or Rattlesnake as king of Spring Mountain. Rattlesnake has a little more power but I always find CR to be intriguing. The cotton candy notes are ever present and completely unique.

Massive earth, fruit and terroir on the nose. Cool climate, warm feel Supple, soft and simply Devine. Everything I’d expect from a Barnett wine.
